All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation with a credit card. All major credit cards are accepted.
Guarantee and Cancellation Policy (for groups of 5 rooms or more)
We will be happy to confirm group reservations upon receipt of an advance payment or a valid credit card number, along with the card’s expiry date.
For Room Reservations
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel, reduce, or amend a guaranteed reservation, please do so at least 30 days prior to arrival.
In the case of a no-show, or cancellation/amendment of a conference/group (in part or full) within 30 days or less of the check-in date, a retention charge will apply, calculated as follows:
Number of rooms cancelled/no-shows × 1 night × applicable daily rate per room, including taxes.
Additionally, if any participants check out early, a retention charge will be levied for the nights booked that are now being released due to the early departure.
Bookings made under non-cancellable/non-amendable packages/rates cannot be cancelled or amended. In such cases, the full amount of the advance paid will be treated as the cancellation fee.
Child Policy
Up to two children below the age of 8 years can stay complimentary, including breakfast, in the same room/suite.
For one child below 8 years of age, and/or one child between 8 and 11 years, an extra bed will be provided on a chargeable basis in the same room/suite. Breakfast charges for the elder child will be 50% of the buffet price.
For two children aged 12 years and above, an additional room/suite must be booked.

- Kids stay free (room only)! Two children under the age of 8 stay for free in the same room.
No Smoking
The Government of India has introduced a ‘no smoking’ rule for hotels, restaurants, and all public places. This means smoking is prohibited in all areas of the hotel, except in designated guest rooms. If you require a smoking room, please inform us at the time of your reservation.
Visitor Policy:
Visitors are not permitted beyond 2200 hours. Any visitor to a room will be personally escorted by the guest from the reception and must submit a valid ID proof.
